Sessions are 50 minutes long and are a collaboration between the therapist and client.
The initial session will involve learning about you, your background, some of your experiences and your goals for therapy.
Follow-up sessions will be focused on working towards your therapeutic goals and reviewing them over time.
If you ever feel uncomfortable about a session or unsure about the direction of your therapy, you are in a safe space to share that with Nina. The most important aspect of therapy is your experience, and while it can be helpful and healthy to feel challenged in sessions, it’s also okay to speak up when something doesn’t sit right with you.
